Why would you engage in Personal Training session? I get it, personal training isn't a cheap option, but there are so many benefits that you get out of engaging with a personal trainer on a regular basis.

How many times do you plan to go to the gym and decide you are too tired. Or do you get there and half-arse a workout cause you can't really be bothered? Personal Training sessions get you to the gym and your trainer pushed you right throughout, meaning you leave satisfied, knowing you can tick that off your list for the day.


Variety

Too often we find ourselves going to the gym to do the exact same workouts that our bodies are all too used to. A personal trainer will shake up your routine, trying new things and keeping your workouts fresh so you never get bored at the gym while keeping your body guessing.


Technique

YouTube is awesome for generating new workout ideas, but what is lacking is form correction! To get the most out of your workouts, you need to make sure you are doing it RIGHT! Injury setbacks can spell the end of motivation, plus who has the luxury of waiting out your rehab? Personal trainers ensure you are doing the exercises right every time so you can smash your workouts and mitigate injury risks.


Accountability

A huge portion of a personal trainers job is holding clients accountable to their work and their goals. Sure, you might dislike us sometimes when we squeeze in those last few reps, or when we make you do that ONE exercise you hate, but it's going to hold you accountable to your training and help you get the best out of it. We know you'll love us in the end.
