Staying healthy through the winter

Winter is tough with so many bugs and viruses circulating. There are a few things that you can do to help avoid their tight grip:




  • Practice good hygiene - wash your hands regularly, cough into your elbow, all those things we've got great at thanks to Covid.

  • Eat plenty of green vegetables - leafy greens, broccoli, avocado, cucumber, it's all amazing! Make sure as many meals as possible each day have some greens included.

  • Get vitamin D - the sun is an amazing source of vitamin D for us, so get it when you can. And on those endless cloudy days, supplements can help you out.

  • Keep moving, stay active - get your workouts in, go out for a walk, anything that helps to circulate your blood, helping promote immunity.

  • Get enough sleep, every night - sleep is so important. Making sure you get adequate sleep each night helps strengthen immunity, provide mental clarity and set up you up for a great day.

  • Get plenty of vitamin C - vitamin C is essential in staying healthy! Pound those oranges, or even just take some supplements.
